There is nothing in Statute corresponding to Article 60 in relation to judgments, giving the Court jurisdiction in the event of a legal question arising as to the meaning or scope of an advisory opinion. If such a question should arise and the Court’s interpretation of an advisory opinion is required, this can only be obtained through a new request for an advisory opinion.1 This has occurred in connection with the opinion on the status of South West Africa.2
