[121c] As news of the approach of Sardar Dust Muhammad Khan spread through the army, the shah, to be on the safe side, moved his troops from Chaman-i Shayr-i Surkh on the edge of Nadirabad first to Qushkhanah and Chashmah-i Saduzaʾi. But then, worried that the force from Kabul would arrive and pin his troops between it and the Qandaharis, he moved to Bagh-i ʿAbbasabad and stationed his army between Sar Puzah-i Dih-i Muʾassas and Chihil Dukhtaran, thereby removing his forces from between the two…
